Lean Navigator

This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual to make a imprint on a Lean programme for a world leading company.
The successful candidate will be the dedicated lean navigator reporting to the Lean Manager and is a member of the management team.
The goal is to develop Lean knowledge and act as additional resource to accelerate change within the location focusing on specific processes and becoming a champion of a Lean Programme and associated Lean tools & techniques.
This person will be expected to manage the programme ownership & deployment of the Lean Management System.
You will also support Value Stream managers in the delivery of their business goals.
You will also be required to run small Kaizen events in transactional areas such as purchasing.
