Lean Expert/Trainer

My client is one of the world’s leading manufacturers within their industry, and they consistently capture approximately half or more of all orders in this market.

As the Lean expert and trainer, one of your main goals is to ensure training administration and performance for the respective country sites. The training content is in accordance with the in-house Production System (Lean Philosophy & Tools).

Complementary contents of the current existing Lean Toolbox and existing best practices need to be merged into the in-house Production System in a joint effort.

You are expected to take a hands-on approach and make proposals concerning training improvement, and implementation of these improvements.

Ensuring that lean theory/tools and their application have been understood, and that these methods can be applied in the Production environment once trainees have attended the course.

Deliver training to various hierarchical levels and Functions (production, engineering, manufacturing, support functions)

In this position you will report to the Head of the program/(country) Manager and be in a position to really impact the entire deployment of lean within this organisation.
