Working as an independent LEAN consultant you will scope out a lead a cost and waste reduction project designed to improve efficency across a number of processes within the manufacturing plant.
You will lead specific Kaizen events as well as running a number of ‘on shop floor’ training exercises designed to impart LEAN tools and techniques to the employees.
The project will initially run for 8 weeks in June to August but will possible run for a further 8 – 16 weeks depending on the success of the first Kaizen Value Stream events.
