They currently have an opportunity for process and productivity improvement specialists to make their mark improving the performance of the construction industry. Their consultants ensure that UK construction has world class practical help to improve its performance.
The right candidate for this opportunity will work across the supply chain and with everybody from foremen to the CEOs of client organisations. The core job function is working alongside the customer’s team delivering improvements based on lean thinking. This is a demanding role, but the skills learned will equip tomorrow’s business leaders. Strong communication and analytical skills are vital, as is the ability to work comfortably with groups at all levels and with widely varying skills, at customer premises and on site. You must be strongly motivated and a self reliant individual.
