As a Lean Consultant you are expected to think independently and be able to find and implement solutions on a scale in terms of 200-500%. You must be a believer in improvement of processes at all times and be able to communicate this effectively throughout the organisation and have the power to influence and change minds of others. You are an inspiring individual who can coach and mentor and facilitate colleagues.
You can challenge current working practices with a positive, critical attitude (challenging status quo and questioning senior Management without alienation). You will have an eye for wastage, can focus on achieving results and generate practical solutions.
You are expected to travel anywhere throughout The Netherlands and parts of Belgium and Northern Germany.
