THE OPPORTUNITY
Opportunity to join a leading Pharmaceutical company as an internal business consultant, where you will develop and implement improvement strategies across the business to drive business performance improvement, primarily through the application of Lean and Six Sigma. This will include defining the overall improvement approach, defining and propagating key improvement tools and standard solutions where practical.
You will work toward maximum employee engagement in driving these improvement activities and provide hands on implementation support to critical business improvement projects.
THE PERSON
As well as having technical mastery in Lean and Six Sigma, you will have the ability to deliver large and important programmes of work and quickly realise the associated benefits.
Having held a position of leadership at either a country, regional or global level, you will have the business acumen and drive to succeed within this high-profile internal consulting team.
Finally, you will have the personal characteristics to influence at all levels (including Executive) and quickly become known as a world class expert within the organisation.
Candidates can be located anywhere in the UK, but must be prepared to travel according to the needs of the role.
