An opportunity has arisen to work within the Group Architecture team as an Enterprise Business Architect. This is a senior role that will steer and shape the group enterprise structure and process capability. We are looking for an experienced process person, who can demonstrate an intensely practical and pragmatic approach to process architecture and target operating model design. It is expected that in order to fulfil this function effectively you will have experience at a Master Black Belt level in the tools of Lean and Six Sigma, and that you can demonstrate a wealth of experience designing and implementing practical, pragmatic, process solutions within an insurance environment, and to
increase the skills capability in these areas. We are not looking for an I.T. focussed architect. In addition to the process expertise your career will have seen you move into a broader operating model design function, looking at capability models and process architecture within insurance, ideally Lloyds
market.
