My client is a global organisation, and a leader in its field. As Head of Continuous Improvement, you will lead the deployment of Continuous Improvement across the whole organisation – a strategic priority for the Group.
A vision and strategy has been agreed applicable to all regions and Group Processes and priorities are being agreed at both a regional and country level.
You will head up and manage a new central CI team and be responsible for the delivery of the CI strategy to the Group. This central team’s purpose is to drive and support embedding CI as the way of working across the Group.
You will be responsible for defining and managing the central CI budget (up to £500k) and a team of up to 7 people. You will be expected to deliver benefits of at least £2m per annum.
This is an interim position, initially with a fixed-term 12 month contract, but could lead into a permanent role.
