* The culture change that needs to be effected is from a simple cost saving regime to one of focus on takt time and the customer.

* Facilitate Lean Enterprise Improvement events.

* Mentor / Coach Lean Enterprise Black Belt Candidates.

* Deliver Top Line (Sales) improvements and/or Bottom Line Improvements (Cost Reductions) through Operational (Manufacturing) process improvement activities.

* Develop relationships with key European Division leadership to drive towards a self sustaining Continuous Improvement Culture.

* Actively participate in activities that will ensure Sustainment of Improvement Initiatives.
