You will effectively deliver significant opportunities to enhance customer experience and corporate performance across the EMEA region for this international services brand. Working closely with the Programme Director, you will be relentless in your personal pursuit of accurate data to support key initiatives regarding customer performance. You will utilise key skills in analysis with project management abilities in Lean Sigma to target and defined opportunities for change. You will work closely with the project delivery resources to realise the transformation and support a consistent project pipeline. The role offer significant visibility on a pan-european basis and you will be expected to travel as required to deliver this assignment.
