My client is a global organisation, and a leader in its field. As Continuous Improvement Specialist, you will join a central team supporting the delivery and implementation of a Continuous Improvement strategy across the whole organisation – a strategic priority for the Group.
A vision and strategy has been agreed applicable to all regions and Group Processes and priorities are being agreed at both a regional and country level.
You will use your CI experience to both deliver improvement projects to improve local business performance and monitor the operational management of business processes to ensure adherence to CI standards.
You will be capable of demonstrating the costs / benefit of proposed improvements and gain agreement at both a senior and local management level prior to implementation.
Cultural change is also a focus, so one of the team’s objectives is to drive and support embedding CI as the way of working across the Group.
