My client is a leading service provider with over 30,000 employees globally. It is currently looking for a Business Process Owner to lead the improvement of key customer focused processes within its European Shared Services operations.
You will come from a process improvement / Six Sigma background within a service and transactional environment, and have operated at a level where you are managing Executive level stakeholders in the pursuit of Process Excellence.
Key measures of success in this position will be to:
* Reduce key cycle times e.g. Order to Cash, Purchase to Pay.
* Increase accuracy of order processing through simplification of processing.
* Improve cost efficiency.
* Improve collections performance.
* Contribute to a reduction in the number of calls to the contact centre.
You will be logical, pragmatic, adaptable and results focused, plus be able to adopt a factual approach to end to end process improvement solutions.
Candidates must already be located in the UK in order to be considered.
