My Client is a leading organisation focusing within the Banking sector. As a senior internal change consultant and Master Black Belt you will take on an array of duties that will challenge your business, analytical and communication skills on a daily basis.
The current Business Process Improvement (BPI) programme started in 2008 and is a tailor-made initiative that works in unison with the company’s culture and drives organisational and cultural change.
The main Sponsors for the BPI programme are the executive board members and senior management, specifically the COO.
There are 2 main objectives that have been highlighted for the BPI team to for the next 12 months:
* reduce credit application cycle
* reduce payment process cycle
One of your main goals within the next 6-9 months is to reduce the cost:income ratio from the current 47% to 40%. You will also look to streamline all credit applications and payment processes using, Change Management and the Lean/Six Sigma mindset.
You will be working in a team of 7 people based in Frankfurt achieving the targets set by senior management. As a change agent you have ownership of decision making in Projects to improve processes.
Main responsibilities and deliverables:
* Lead, facilitate and execute 4/5 projects using the contemporary process improvement methods and advanced statistical tools.
* Support business and process owners in understanding their key processes, identify efficiency opportunities, and drive measurable business improvements.
* Facilitate cross-functional process improvement teams, customer and employee round tables and employee listening sessions.
* Draw statistical conclusions from raw data for continuous and consistent analysis of transport market and facilities.
* Facilitate the identification and implementation of best practices across the corporation.
This opportunity does not require German language skills and you must speak fluent English.
You will not have any direct reports within this role because your main function is to identify and deliver a full portfolio of BPI projects.
