Business Excellence Group Director

• My client is at a very exciting point in their growth, this role will be a highly visible and robust position reporting to one of the Board Members.

• The ideal candidate will be someone who can build on the good work that has been done already, be able to drive change and provide a leadership role across their European Operating Companies.

• They will develop and direct the Business Excellence and CSR strategies, including Total Risk Management and initiatives to drive the effective deployment across all European operations and support functions to ensure the company achieves and maintains competitive advantage through the adoption of “Best in Class” Management Processes.

• They will direct regional Business Excellence departments within HQ and provide guidance and support for European Operating Companies to effectively and efficiently deliver and maintain robust and compliant ISO Management Systems.

• Policies and strategies that are developed will help to ensure EMEA achieves and maintains competitive advantage through harmonising and improving their Management Processes, enabling the achievement of growth targets.

• These policies and strategies will be deployed across all Operating Companies and Operational Units in EMEA, currently a €3.5 billion organisation.

• The Business Excellence Group Director is responsible for managing a team of 9 professionals and a budget of £1.5 million.
