Our client is a leading global management consulting firm, helping the world’s top businesses, governments, and other institutions.
Their strategy is to significantly upgrade their manufacturing expertise (both on strategic and shop floor level). Now seeking highly qualified seasoned professionals with a deep expertise in manufacturing in disciplines like manufacturing strategy/footprint optimization, quality management, maintenance, production system design and implementation, lean six sigma implementation to join their team as full time Associate or Senior Associates.
Responsibilities:
- Working in joint teams and with clients from the executive level to the front line in designing and designing and implementing business excellence & – transformation programs to deliver a sustainable impact
- Constructing the analytical framework and work steps for each assignment and driving functional and cultural change in:
- Designing and implementing plant footprints and manufacturing networks
- Organising and implementing excellence in maintenance and quality management
- Designing new production systems and planning for long term realization and change
- Leading lean assessments & design workshops
- Planning, organizing, and driving program execution & capability transfer to client staff through training & mentoring as a senior Lean Six Sigma practitioner
- Developing thought leadership and creative insights by leveraging company capital to help resolve complex transformation issues
- Building sustainable relationships to client managers and executives as a basis for continued business
- Supporting team building in their expert team through support of recruiting, skill building and mentoring of more junior experts
