Simulation and optimization techniques can provide critical insight into risk-analysis and decision-making by modeling the probabilistic behavior of a system. This one-hour session will demonstrate the rationale for spreadsheet simulation and optimization in Lean Six Sigma projects and the benefits of this approach.
