Synopsis

The Livingston manufacturing operation is recognised as the leading performer in terms of Quality, Volume, and Cost within B&L. This has been achieved through the application of lean thinking, which has delivered robust and efficient processes and systems.
This presentation shares our experiences of the highs and the lows, the challenges and the frustrations, but ultimately the benefits and rewards of implementing “Appropriate Lean Tools” in a high volume, highly regulated environment.
